Research Analyst

• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
• Collect, clean, and organize data from internal and external sources
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
• Prepare research reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with teams to support business strategies with evidence-based findings
• Monitor relevant news, publications, and data sources to stay updated on industry developments
• Maintain accuracy, integrity, and consistency of research data
• Support ad-hoc research and analytics projects as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience in research, analytics, or business intelligence (internships included)
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a research-focused environment
• Legal right to work in Singapore (Singaporean / PR / valid work pass)
