Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Research Scientist/Senior Research Scientist specializing in API development and scale-up at our Manesar location. The Research Scientist will be responsible for leading and conducting research activities focused on the development and scale-up of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). Day-to-day tasks include designing experiments, conducting laboratory research, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. The role also involves preparing technical reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the continuous improvement of research processes.The preffered experience is 5-10years

• Strong background in API development and scale-up processes
• Experience in designing and conducting laboratory experiments
• Proficiency in analyzing experimental data and preparing technical reports
• Excellent understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
