Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Consumer Insights:
Conduct market research to understand consumer needs and influence product & marketing strategies.
Identifying Trends:
Stay updated on global and Indian market trends, attend industry events, and build an NPD pipeline.
New Product Development (NPD):
Lead product development from concept to launch, ensuring successful commercialization. Manage product launch strategies, listings, packaging, and vendor coordination for impactful rollouts.
Marketing Communication:
Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Coordinate with creative teams and external agencies for timely development of Brand Assets.
Channel Management:
Collaborate with D2C, Ecommerce, Q-Commerce, and Offline teams to drive product growth.
Performance & Market Analysis:
Track campaign KPIs and compile reports to measure effectiveness. Conduct market and competitor analysis to generate actionable insights.
