Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle client queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products/services to clients through effective communication skills.
Maintain records of all interactions with clients using CRM software or other tools.
Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling relevant products/services based on client needs.
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients over phone/email/chat platforms.
