We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily operations and executing strategic initiatives. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating meetings and travel, and assisting in a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Basic HR operations

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, emails, and phone communications.

Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Travel Management: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation.

Document Management: Draft, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Event Planning: Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, both for the CEO and other senior leadership team members.

Project Assistance: Assist with various projects, conduct research, and provide updates as needed.

Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and other departments, clients, and stakeholders.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Office Management: Manage office supplies, maintain organized filing systems, and ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior leadership.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization and externally.

Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar).
