Role & responsibilities

  • Work allocation to housekeeping team. Ensuring proper upkeep.
  • Frequent rounds for housekeeping at all Waghodia plants and offices.
  • Coordination with Canteen Tiffin Service.
  • Attendance checking of employees.
  • Personal file maintaining of all employees.
  • Inter Office Memo
  • Coordination with Security Guards and Supervisor for day-in day-out queries.
  • Transportation Management
  • Invoice processing of all agencies.
  • ESIC registration of new employees.
  • PF Registration of new employees and JD fillings

  • P-Tax Challan processing.
  • Visiting PF/ESI/GIDC Offices, need based.
  • Ensuring availability of office stationeries.
  • Assist for payroll processing.
  • Mobile, CUG SIM connection Management (Plan activation, new SIM, records) for all employees.
  • Issuing ID cards and visiting cards
  • Managing Guest House related work. Coordinate with cook for guest arrangement.
  • Arranging food and other items during visit of guests.
