Job Title: Account Officer(SAP Software Knowledge is mandatory) Location: Sector 57, Noida Department: Finance Job Type: Full-time Age: 22-28 years Experience: 1-3 years/Fresher Salary: 2-3 Lac About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive with a strong background in Income Tax, GST, and general accounting practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring tax compliance, preparing statutory filings, and supporting financial audits. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) on time. Assist in Income Tax filings, TDS computation, and monthly/quarterly TDS returns. Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and accounting standards. Assist in preparation of financial statements and audit schedules. Reconcile vendor and customer accounts; handle vendor payments and expense booking. Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents. Support internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications. Stay updated with changes in taxation laws and accounting regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, etc.) Experience working with a CA firm or in a similar role in industry. Certification in GST or Income Tax is a plus. 2+ years of experience in accounting and taxation. Proficiency in Tally, or other accounting software. Sound knowledge of Indian taxation laws including GST, Income Tax, and TDS. Good understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements. Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
