Job Description: HR Compliance Executive (Immediate joiner Prefer) Company: Kanwar Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. Location: NOIDA/U.P Employment Type: Full-Time Job Roles and Responsibility: Looking for an experienced candidate proficient in the CLRA, PF, ESI, Factory act and basic knowledge of other relevant acts. Education Qualification:-(B.com, MBA Candidate Prefer) Should have minimum 2 year working experience in Factory compliances and attendance management (Time Office). Assist the clients in effectively handling queries, objections and inspection by authorities. Expertise in MIS, should have knowledge in MS Office. Knowledge in PF & ESI, Payroll, CLRA, Factory act etc . Labor Law Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Factory Act, Contract Labor Act, Minimum Wages Act, ESIC, PF, Workmen Compensation, and other statutory regulations.
