Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Salesforce Pipeline Data Accuracy

Review and validate Salesforce opportunity records for correct tagging, partner attribution, sales office alignment, and pipeline status.
Conduct root-cause analyses of recurring pipeline issues and surface process gaps that impact data integrity.
Partner with CRM administrators to ensure remediation aligns with established data standards.

Win Attribution Monitoring & Hygiene

Analyze Alliance-attributed win trends, identifying deviations through dashboards and historical comparisons.
Document attribution patterns, leakage trends, and corrective actions to inform hygiene reporting and process improvements.
Maintain hygiene tracking logs and validate Help Desk changes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and endorsement requirements.
Serve as a point of escalation for complex attribution scenarios, ensuring resolution and accurate reflection in CRM systems.
