Reporting & Insights - Analyst

As an Analyst in Reporting & Insights at Omnicom Global Solutions India, your role is crucial in driving data-driven decision-making for top brands. Your responsibilities will include: - Gathering requirements and evaluating clients" business situations to implement appropriate analytic solutions. - Designing, generating, and managing reporting frameworks to provide insights on clients" marketing activities across various channels. - Acting as the single point of contact for all data & analytics related aspects of the project. - Maintaining, creating, and reviewing QA plans for deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements and troubleshooting issues. - Prioritizing tasks, managing workload proactively, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery. - Actively contributing to project planning and scheduling. - Creating and managing project-specific documents such as process, quality, and learning documents. - Driving conversations with the team, clients, and business stakeholders. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 3-5 years of experience in data management and analysis in the Media or relevant domain with strong problem-solving skills. - Hands-on experience in Advance SQL, Redshift, Alteryx, Tableau, Media knowledge, and Data modeling. - Knowledge of Adverity and Python would be beneficial. - Ability to identify and determine key performance indicators for clients. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in working with large data sets and creating cohesive stories. - Capability to work successfully in teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. - Ability to maintain positive client and vendor relationships. - Presentation skills using MS PowerPoint or any other presentation platforms.
