Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced STS Cross-Function Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the field. ### Roles and Responsibility Support service improvement and product compliance initiatives for assigned product portfolio. Manage other BAU activities, including audit support, documentation, license management, contract reviews, and miscellaneous projects. Initiate and support automation processes to enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships across all levels of a matrixed, geographically and culturally dispersed organization. Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions. ### Job Requirements Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. 5-7 years of working within Information Technology in a global firm. Possess critical thinking skills demonstrating an analytical and systematic approach to problem-solving. Experience working in a global virtual environment is required. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Exhibit good judgment, tact, and decision-making ability. Ability to understand and integrate cultural differences and work effectively with cross-cultural teams. Ability to handle ambiguity and change, exercising appropriate time management to meet deadlines. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team when necessary.
