Reporting Analyst

Role & responsibilities

1. Prepare and share reports

• Create

  daily, monthly, and management reports

  like sales, orders, and regional performance.
• Do

  data mining

  and provide insights or comments on business performance.

2. Month-end work

• Help with

  closing financial books

  every month.
• Prepare

  journal entries (JEs)

  ,

  accruals

  , and

  provisions

• Review

  rebates, commissions

  , and finalize

  payout calculations

  .

3. Analyze financial data

• Validate, clean, and combine large amounts of data.
  
• Spot and explain

  key variances or unusual trends

• Provide both

  current and predictive analysis

  to management.

4. Support planning and forecasting

• Contribute to

  budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning

  processes.

• Strong

• Good knowledge of
