Renewals Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for collaborating with customers and the Finance Team to renew existing contracts. Additionally, you will develop debt and advance collection strategies, adhere to collection policies, contact debtors for negotiations, initiate legal proceedings if necessary, and ensure accurate recording of amounts paid. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with customers and Finance Team to renew existing contracts - Develop debt and advance collection strategies and plans - Adhere to Collection Policies throughout the debt and advance collection process - Contact debtors by telephone to enact and negotiate debt recovery - Initiate legal and repossession proceedings if debt recovery fails Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year experience in Email Support, customer service, collections, and sales - Proficiency in managing and creating databases - Good typing, analytical, and mathematical calculation skills - Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and Google sheets - Previous debt collection experience is advantageous - Ability to collaborate on debt collection efforts with other departments and institutions - Exceptional recordkeeping and interpersonal skills - Responsible for handling and maintaining data for Defaulters and Renewals,
