Renewal Sales Specialist

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our

enterprise clients

, driving renewal of existing contracts, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs) at enterprise clients.
    • Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving business needs and challenges.
    • Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Renewal Management:
    • Develop and implement a strategic renewal plan for assigned enterprise accounts.
    • Analyze client usage patterns and identify potential risks to renewals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling renewal proposals.
    • Negotiate renewal terms and pricing to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
    • Ensure timely and accurate contract renewals.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or sales, preferably in the enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of successful renewal management for enterprise clients.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology industry is preferred.
