Job Description

As a Renewal Opportunity Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the renewal process to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies. Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of renewal records, tracking opportunities, and enhancing the workflow for renewals management. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and the BizzApps team, you will address data inconsistencies and improve automation in renewal tracking and reporting. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and validating renewal opportunities to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with company policies. You will track missing or incomplete renewal records, conduct routine audits to resolve discrepancies, and ensure that renewal opportunities reflect the correct contract terms, ASV, Quota Amount, and subscription details for accurate forecasting and reporting. In addition, you will be responsible for verifying the previous year's closed Annual Subscription Value (ASV) against renewal quota amounts to maintain financial accuracy and support Sales and Finance teams with renewal quota validation. You will also identify and correct any missing or incomplete renewal records for closed transactions to ensure compliance with internal standards. Collaboration with the BizzApps team and other stakeholders will be essential to resolve data inconsistencies and improve the renewal process. You will develop and implement a standardized workflow for renewal opportunity creation, validation, and tracking, while generating reports and providing insights on renewal trends, data quality, and potential process improvements. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Management, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Renewals Management, or CRM Administration. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential. Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue business models, familiarity with automation and workflow optimization in CRM systems, and understanding of sales forecasting and renewal metrics are preferred qualifications.,
