Renewal Analyst

As a Renewals Subscription Analyst at GlobalLogic, your role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of SaaS subscription renewals. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, and Compliance teams to align every renewal with business rules, usage data, and licensing policies. Your responsibilities include: - Validating renewal quotes, usage data, and entitlements for accuracy and policy compliance - Conducting pre-renewal reviews and managing true-ups or adjustments before contract execution - Collaborating with stakeholders to flag discrepancies in licensing, pricing models, and contract terms - Analyzing usage trends and entitlement gaps to structure renewal plans accordingly - Partnering with BI teams to enhance reporting on usage, risks, and renewal readiness - Identifying underutilized or overused licenses and guiding appropriate renewal structuring - Supporting automation of entitlement and compliance validation processes - Participating in UAT and assisting with mapping legacy contracts to updated pricing and packaging structures - Training internal teams on best practices for contract validation and entitlement accuracy - Contributing to audit readiness and compliance assurance through process documentation Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, licensing compliance, or subscription operations - Deep understanding of SaaS subscription models and GTM processes - Strong proficiency in CRM and BI tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Gainsight, and Power BI [Preferred] - Analytical mindset with experience handling usage data, overage risks, and entitlement tracking - Exposure to AI-powered solutions and automation in operational workflows - Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present licensing and compliance findings - Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and renewal process optimization At GlobalLogic, you can expect a culture of caring where people come first, continuous learning and development opportunities, interesting and meaningful work with impactful solutions, balance and flexibility in work-life integration, and a high-trust organization built on integrity and ethical values.
