Renewable Energy Project Engineer

As a Renewable Energy Project Engineer, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of sustainable power. With 2–4 years of experience, you will manage the design, planning, and execution of solar, wind, or hybrid energy projects from concept through commissioning.

Educational qualifications include a B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Renewable Energy Engineering. You should possess a strong understanding of energy systems, grid integration, site assessment, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management tools, and knowledge of O&M (Operations and Maintenance) practices is essential.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, preparing technical designs, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, overseeing installation activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget. You will also collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project goals align with technical and environmental standards.

Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are critical in this role. Familiarity with government policies, tender processes, and renewable energy certifications (MNRE, CEA) will give you an added advantage.
