Job Description

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

Power BI Consultant

to support our simplification program. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Power BI and its related technologies, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while delivering impactful solutions over a project duration of three months, with a potential for extension.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Conducting data analysis and visualization tasks.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
  • Optimizing Power BI reports for performance and usability.
  • Providing technical guidance on best practices for Power BI data modeling.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in Power BI development and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
  • Experience with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with SQL and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with ETL processes and data integration tools.
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.

Other Details:

The engagement will be primarily remote, with a planned duration of three months. Profiles should highlight relevant experience and be submitted by Monday, the 15th, to meet the projected start date of October 1st.
