Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for PAN India locations, specifically for contractual positions only.
• Prior experience in contractual recruitment for Big 4 clients will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and joining follow-ups.
• Source the best talent through various channels including:
• Internal database
• Job portals (Naukri, foundit)
• Social media (LinkedIn)
• Networking, employee referrals, and job postings
• Screen and evaluate profiles based on skills, experience, location preferences, salary expectations, and other role-specific requirements.
• Brief candidates on company profiles and the interview process.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates through proactive engagement and regular follow-ups.
• Coordinate with candidates and technical panels for scheduling interviews (both in-person and telephonic).
• Follow up diligently on interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.
• Share interview feedback and manage communication with candidates effectively.
• Ensure smooth coordination for interviews and support the hiring team in making timely decisions.
• Maintain accurate records and updates on candidate status, timesheets, and invoices for contractual hires on monthly basis.
  

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide support on travel logistics and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Work closely with hiring teams to understand requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
• Handle recruitment for various technical positions through sourcing methods like job boards, advertisements, walk-ins, headhunting, user groups, and company websites.
