Location : Kolkata (WFO) Working Hours : EMEA Time Zone Job title Fibers Finance - Banking & Treasury Experience Needed Experience of 5+ years in banking and treasury functions Education Chartered Accountant Previous background Proven experience in treasury management or a related field Language skills English, Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Technical skills Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with experience using ERP system Job Description Responsibilities Oversee daily cash flows to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations Manage cash pooling and optimize cash usage across the organization Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to guide financial decisions, Implement cash forecasting tools to predict future cash needs Establish and manage financial limits for transactions and investments. Assess and mitigate financial risks through hedging strategies Manage factoring operations to optimize cash inflows from receivables, upload invoices on portal & ensuring money is available on time Maintaining all banking records with authorised signatories Ensuring loan covenants are met Preparation of Interest screen and analysing rates across sites and bring synergy Supervise overall Banking activity at site including bank reconciliations
