Responsibilities:

-Conduct 1:1 live online classes for students

-Lesson planning before the class

-Teaching Australian curriculum

-Assist students with assignments and projects, especially in Math

-Convert trial classes into paid enrollments.

-Track and report student progress and feedback

40 hours per week with 20 hours of tutoring

Training & Onboarding:

You will be required to complete the LearnEase training program prior to starting any sessions. During this training, you will be introduced to:

• Conducting Demo and Paid Classes
• The platform (LMS) used for scheduling and managing sessions.
• Techniques for effective online teaching and engaging students.
• Customer Success reporting requirements, including session feedback and progress reports.
