Role Overview: As a Remote Maths Tutor at NSEG India PVT LTD, you will conduct 1:1 live online classes for students, focusing on teaching the Australian curriculum. Your responsibilities include lesson planning, assisting students with assignments and projects, tracking student progress and feedback, converting trial classes into paid enrollments, and ensuring a high level of engagement throughout the sessions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct 1:1 live online classes for students following the Australian curriculum - Plan lessons and assist students with assignments and projects - Track student progress and provide feedback - Convert trial classes into paid enrollments - Ensure a high level of engagement during sessions Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in online Math teaching, preferably with international curriculum exposure (US/Australia) - In-depth knowledge and mastery of the subject - Strong communication skills and engaging teaching style - Proficiency in using tools such as a pen tablet, laptop, and high-speed internet for effective online classes Additional Details of the Company: You will be expected to commit a minimum of 40 hours per week, with 20 hours dedicated to tutoring. Prior to starting sessions, you will undergo the LearnEase training program covering various aspects such as conducting Demo and Paid Classes, familiarizing yourself with the platform for scheduling and managing sessions, mastering techniques for effective online teaching and student engagement, and customer success reporting requirements.
