Dear Candidate,

Information Systems Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of IT systems, software, and networks
  • Lead system upgrades, procurement, and vendor management
  • Ensure security, uptime, and compliance across all IT assets
  • Develop IT strategy aligned with organizational needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience managing enterprise IT systems and helpdesk operations
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud services)
  • Strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills
  • Bonus: Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 27001, or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)

Soft Skills:

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
