Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team as a Remote Desktop Support (RDS) specialist in Kolkata and Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical support and troubleshooting issues.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide remote desktop support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Create, assign, categorize, prioritize, escalate, track, and close service tickets according to defined SLAs.
Handle emails and service requests from clients, ensuring timely resolution and feedback.
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to resolve complex problems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions.

Job Requirements

Graduate degree in any field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in remote desktop support or a related field.
Strong knowledge of remote desktop software and technologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Notice period: Immediate - 30 days.
