Additional skills:

Provide round-the-clock technical support for desktops, laptops, and

peripherals

• Monitor and respond to incidents via ticketing system within SLA timelines

• Perform remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues

• Support users across different time zones and ensure minimal downtime

• Maintain logs of shift activities and handover reports for continuity

• Collaborate with global IT teams for coordinated support

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both onsite and remotely

• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications

• Respond to user tickets and resolve issues related to Windows, Mac, or Linux

environments

• Maintain logs of support requests, resolutions, and system updates

• Assist in setting up new systems and user accounts

• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate unresolved issues

• Ensure timely updates and patches for systems and applications

• Train users on basic IT procedures and best practices

• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with company policie
