Responsibilities

Remote Desktop roles are essential for providing technical support and ensuring smooth remote access to systems and applications. Here are some key roles and their responsibilities:

Remote Desktop Support Specialist:
Provides technical assistance and troubleshooting for remote desktop issues.
Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, and network issues
Guides users through the installation and configuration of software and hardware
Remote Desktop Administrator:
Manages and maintains remote desktop infrastructure.
Ensures the security and performance of remote desktop services.
Configures and updates remote desktop servers and clients
Monitors system performance and implements improvements
Remote Desktop Session Host:
Hosts session-based applications and desktops for users.
Manages user sessions and ensures availability of resources
