What You’ll Do | 주요 업무

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
• 다양한 소스로부터 데이터 수집, 정제 및 분석
• Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics
• 주요 지표(KPI) 및 성과 지표를 시각화한 대시보드 및 보고서 작성
• Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
• 트렌드, 이상치 및 실행 가능한 인사이트 도출
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions
• 부서 간 협업을 통해 데이터 기반 의사결정 지원
• Automate recurring analyses and reporting processes
• 반복적인 분석 및 보고 업무 자동화
• Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• 기술 및 비기술 이해관계자 모두가 이해할 수 있도록 인사이트 공유

What We’re Looking For | 자격 요건

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• 통계학, 수학, 컴퓨터공학 또는 관련 전공 학사 학위
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• 데이터 분석 또는 비즈니스 인텔리전스 경력 1~3년
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one analytics language (Python or R)
• SQL, Excel 및 분석 언어(Python 또는 R) 숙련
• Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
• 시각화 도구(Tableau, Power BI, Looker 등) 사용 경험
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• 논리적 사고 및 문제 해결 능력
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• 세밀한 주의력 및 독립적인 업무 수행 능력
• Strong communication skills in English (Korean is a plus)
• 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력 필수 (한국어 가능자 우대)
