Remedy Administrator

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Remedy Application, including administration and development tasks. Your role will involve handling operational tasks, configuring and customizing the Remedy Application, performing periodic maintenance activities, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating with L3 teams and users for incident and change management. To excel in this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience in BMC Remedy, with expertise in Remedy Administration, Smart IT, Web Services, CMDB, and integrations. You must be well-versed in ITIL concepts and have hands-on experience in BMC Remedy versions 7.5, 7.6, 8.x, 9.x, and 20.x. Additionally, you should have experience in fault management tool integration with Remedy, server-level troubleshooting, and a good understanding of server group concepts and performance issue troubleshooting. Your educational background should include a Diploma in Technical or Graduation. Proficiency in Linux, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work as part of a team are crucial for this role. Exposure to Netcool and Oracle will be considered a value addition. Your personal characteristics should reflect your commitment to delivering on your tasks, being a team player, maintaining high-quality work standards, taking ownership and initiative, and demonstrating customer orientation.
