Role & responsibilities 1. Integrate Remedy, Smart IT, and Digital Workplace (DWP) with the designated third-party tools like ERP, FAR, Entuity etc.. 2. Develop and implement all required custom flows, processes, and workflows. 3. Design an end-to-end IT Asset Management workflow, including data consolidation from all sources. 4. Configure and integrate the CMDB across all BMC tools and ensure accurate publishing of asset data. 5. Create and publish service models and business models aligned with organizational standards. 6.
