Job Summary:

Reltio MDM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Reltio MDM solutions including data modeling, entity relationship setup, survivorship rules, and data workflows.
  
• Develop integration interfaces using Reltio APIs and connectors for data ingestion and publishing.
  
• Collaborate with business analysts and data stewards to understand master data requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
  
• Implement data quality, matching, and survivorship strategies to ensure high-quality master data.
  
• Configure workflows, match rules, and survivorship rules based on business needs.
  
• Monitor and maintain data pipelines and MDM processes to ensure performance and data integrity.
  
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in data architecture and governance.
  
• Provide support and troubleshooting for MDM applications and integrations.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) with at least 2 years on the Reltio platform.
  
• Strong experience with Reltio Data Model configuration, match/merge rules, and survivorship.
  
• Proficient in REST APIs, Reltio integration hub, and data ingestion techniques.
  
• Solid understanding of data quality concepts, data governance, and metadata management.
  
• Experience with JSON, XML, Java, or Python is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is desirable.
  
• Knowledge of Reltio Console, Workflow Designer, and Business Rule Management.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Reltio Certification(s) is a plus.
  
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
  
• Prior experience in domains like healthcare, retail, or finance is advantageous.
  
• Knowledge of Informatica, Talend, or other ETL tools is a bonus.
