Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Reltio MDM Developer to join our data management team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Reltio Master Data Management platform, with strong knowledge of data modeling, integration, and data governance. This role will support the design, development, and implementation of scalable MDM solutions to manage critical enterprise data assets. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Reltio MDM solutions including data modeling, entity relationship setup, survivorship rules, and data workflows. Develop integration interfaces using Reltio APIs and connectors for data ingestion and publishing. Collaborate with business analysts and data stewards to understand master data requirements and deliver appropriate solutions. Implement data quality, matching, and survivorship strategies to ensure high-quality master data. Configure workflows, match rules, and survivorship rules based on business needs. Monitor and maintain data pipelines and MDM processes to ensure performance and data integrity. Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in data architecture and governance. Provide support and troubleshooting for MDM applications and integrations. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) with at least 2 years on the Reltio platform. Strong experience with Reltio Data Model configuration, match/merge rules, and survivorship. Proficient in REST APIs, Reltio integration hub, and data ingestion techniques. Solid understanding of data quality concepts, data governance, and metadata management. Experience with JSON, XML, Java, or Python is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is desirable. Knowledge of Reltio Console, Workflow Designer, and Business Rule Management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Reltio Certification(s) is a plus. Experience working in Agile development environments. Prior experience in domains like healthcare, retail, or finance is advantageous. Knowledge of Informatica, Talend, or other ETL tools is a bonus.
