**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** At ContractPodAi, you will be part of a pioneering team that is shaping the future of the legal industry with Leah, the operating system for legal. As a Release Manager, your primary responsibility will be to own and drive the end-to-end release process for our SaaS platform with multiple product lines. You will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing software releases across various customers to ensure minimal disruption and effective communication. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Release Planning & Coordination:** - Own the release calendar and coordinate timelines with engineering, product, QA, and DevOps teams. - Act as the primary point of contact for all release-related communications. - Ensure clear and effective communication to customers both before and after releases. - **Release Execution:** - Supervise the DevOps team in managing releases through different environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Staging, Production). - Ensure consistent adherence to deployment processes including CI/CD pipelines, runbooks, and rollback strategies. - Oversee production deployments, including making go/no-go decisions and post-release monitoring. - **Tenant-Specific Release Management:** - Plan and oversee staged rollouts, including pilot tenants, phased rollout, and global release. - Coordinate feature flags and tenant-specific deployment requirements. - Communicate clearly with customer-facing teams regarding release impact and timelines. - **Continuous Improvement:** - Monitor and report release KPIs such as deployment frequency, change failure rate, and MTTR. - Drive process enhancements to improve release reliability and speed. - Conduct release retrospectives and implement best practices. - **Planning and Organizational:** - Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to plan releases effectively. - Take ownership of tracking release plans throughout the process. **Qualifications Required:** - Overall 12+ years of experience with 8-10 years specifically in Release Management, managing releases of multiple SaaS product lines. - Familiarity with DevOps deployments CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) and deployment strategies like blue-green, canary, and rolling. - Knowledge of monitoring/observability tools such as App Insights. - Comfortable troubleshooting pipeline or release issues with engineers. - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, ITIL change management, and release governance. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and project management skills. - Experience in multi-tenant SaaS environments, feature flags, and enterprise customer coordination is an added advantage. **Additional Details:** By joining ContractPodAi, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-moving, high-growth SaaS company.
