Hiring: Relationship & Sales Professionals Business & Corporate Banking | Leading Bank

Location: Chennai ,Bangalore & Hyderabad, Thiruvanathapuram

Experience: 3 – 20 Years

Salary: 5LPA – 20 LPA

Vacancy- Multiple positions : Mid to Senior leadership role .

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Current Account Management

Acquire and manage High-Value Business Entities and Current Account customers.

Self-source new accounts through market visits, references, and leads.

Deepen existing relationships through cross-selling (POS, Payment Gateway, Trade/Forex, Loans, etc.).

Ensure customer activation, engagement, and retention.

Corporate Salary Acquisition

Acquire new corporate salary relationships and ensure monthly target achievement.

Handle a team of 5–6 Relationship Officers for acquisition and cross-selling.

Coordinate with branches for new corporate code generation and open-market sourcing.

Conduct corporate campaigns & activities to increase employee engagement and product penetration.

Wealth & Investment Relationship

Manage premium and business clients (Resident & NRI).

Grow Liability Book & AUM through deepening and new acquisition.

Cross-sell wealth and business banking products (Trade Forex, Insurance, Investments, Retail Assets).

Perform portfolio reviews & financial health checks at regular intervals.

Service & Compliance Excellence

Ensure quality customer service and resolve all client issues within TAT.

Maintain full compliance with KYC, RBI, and Bank policies.

Collaborate with product specialists, operations, and service teams to deliver end-to-end client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Preferred candidate profile

Strong Sales & Relationship Management skills

Knowledge of Current Account, Trade, Forex, Corporate Salary & Wealth products

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

Good understanding of banking operations, KYC & compliance

Team handling experience preferred

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Education:

Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA Preferred)
