About the Role

Retail Agri Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development:

    • Source new customers from the agriculture and rural sector.
    • Cross-sell banking products including loans, deposits, insurance, and investment solutions.
    • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with farmers, traders, and agri clients.
    • Provide personalized solutions to meet customer needs.
    • Act as the first point of contact for queries, complaints, and service support.
  • Credit & Risk Management:

    • Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
    • Conduct pre-sanction due diligence and field visits for loan proposals.
    • Ensure portfolio quality by monitoring repayments and reducing NPAs.
  • Operations & Compliance:

    • Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, bank policies, and audit requirements.
    • Maintain proper documentation and timely processing of applications.
