Job Description

Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payment of loans and minimize defaults.
Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, and networking.
Conduct field visits to assess customer creditworthiness and verify collateral valuation for secured loan products (LAP, Personal Loans).
Develop strong understanding of various loan products such as LAP Loans, Personal Loans, Secured Loans against property.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to loan disbursement.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in sales or relationship management in the banking industry.
Strong knowledge of loan sales processes including documentation procedures.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
