Job Title: Relationship Officer (RO) / Relationship Manager (RM)Location: Delhi NCR – KaushambiSalary: Up to ₹4 LPA + IncentivesExperience: 1–5 Years in HL (Home Loan) / LAP (Loan Against Property) SalesEducation: Graduate or above (preferred in Finance or Business streams)We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager for our Home Loan and Loan Against Property (HL/LAP) vertical. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, especially in the financial sector, with strong relationship-building and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new customers for Home Loan / LAP products.Manage end-to-end sales cycle – sourcing, documentation, coordination with credit and operations.Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and real estate agents.Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking.Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

Minimum 6 months experience in HL/LAP sales.Sound understanding of the home loan market, products, and customer profiles.Awareness of regulatory guidelines related to housing finance.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.Skills: loan,networking,interpersonal skills,credit,sales,finance,relationship building,communication,client handling,customer satisfaction,after-sales support
