Location: Delhi NCR – Kaushambi

Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA + Incentives

Experience: 1–5 Years in HL (Home Loan) / LAP (Loan Against Property) Sales

Education: Graduate or above (preferred in Finance or Business streams)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager for our Home Loan and Loan Against Property (HL/LAP) vertical. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, especially in the financial sector, with strong relationship-building and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers for Home Loan / LAP products.

Manage end-to-end sales cycle – sourcing, documentation, coordination with credit and operations.

Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and real estate agents.

Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking.

Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 6 months experience in HL/LAP sales.

Sound understanding of the home loan market, products, and customer profiles.

Awareness of regulatory guidelines related to housing finance.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
