Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sikar for a Relationship Officer/Sales Manager/Relationship Manager. The individual will manage business relationships, provide customer service, and drive sales. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, building strong relationships with clients, conducting financial assessments, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Customer Service
• Knowledge and understanding of Finance
• Proven ability in Sales
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the financial services industry is beneficial
