Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Portfolio Manager located in Indore. The Regional Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the portfolio of housing finance loans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and achieving portfolio growth and profitability targets. Day-to-day tasks include assessing loan applications, managing relationships with customers, monitoring the performance of the portfolio, conducting market analysis, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Portfolio Management and Loan Assessment
• Strong understanding of Housing Finance and Mortgage Lending
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Proficiency in market analysis and financial analysis
• Excellent organizational and managerial skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the housing finance industry is a plus
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in housing finance
