Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue through cross-selling of products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, Credit Cards, etc.
Identify new business opportunities by visiting potential customers and acquiring new leads.
Conduct field sales activities to meet targets set by the organization.
Provide excellent customer service to build strong relationships with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in sales or related field (preferably in personal loans).
Strong understanding of financial services industry trends and regulations.
Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with clients.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
