Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Officer located in Chennai. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales in line with company goals. The officer will work closely with finance and sales teams, interact with customers to understand their needs, and offer suitable financial solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Business Relationship Management, and Customer Service skills
• Finance knowledge and experience
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales skills and experience in achieving sales targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate with team members
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the housing finance industry is a plus
