Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities: ·      Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database/leads ·      Explain life insurance products and their benefits ·      Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans ·      Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with prospects ·      Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets ·      Accurately maintain call records, customer information, and feedback ·      Handle customer queries and objections effectively ·      Coordinate with the sales and operations team for seamless policy issuance ·      Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines ·      Work from office (6 Days a week) Requirements: ·      Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, preferably in the life insurance sector ·      Minimum Graduation ·      Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills ·      Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM tools ·      Ability to work under pressure and meet targets ·      Languages: Fluency in Hindi   Benefits   ·      Term and Group insurance ·      Medical Insurance ·      Free Lunch ·      Growing environment Noida Sector 16 as convenient location
