Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

 Build and maintain strong professional relationships with college BDAs, HODs, Training & Placement Officers, and other academic stakeholders.

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and outreach targets in line with company goals.

 Promote company services to colleges and students through presentations, seminars, and meetings.

 Communicate effectively in multiple languages to build deeper connections across regions.

 Identify new opportunities and channels for collaboration with institutions.

 Provide timely updates, reports, and feedback to the management team.

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of services.

Key Skills Required:

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Fluency in multiple regional languages (preferred: English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, or others)  Proven ability to build RAPPORT and maintain long-term relationships

 Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and ability to work independently

 Time management and multitasking abilities

 Goal-oriented and comfortable working under pressure

 Good presentation and negotiation skills

 Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online platform

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
