Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Prospect, acquire, onboard, and retain

    HNI & UHNI clients

    .
  • Achieve targets for

    client acquisition, AUM growth, and revenue generation

    .
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with high-value clients.
  • Maintain a

    minimum book size of 2550 crore

    .

Wealth Advisory & Portfolio Management

  • Analyse financial market trends, investment opportunities, and product performance.
  • Understand clients financial goals, risk profiles, and investment requirements.
  • Recommend appropriate

    wealth management products

    , including:
    • Portfolio management solutions
    • Capital market products
    • Insurance & cash management strategies
    • Estate planning & tax planning (capital gains)
  • Coordinate with research & product teams for investment recommendations.
  • Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and suggest rebalancing as required.
  • Provide clients with regular

    investment performance reports

    , summaries, and insights.

Client Engagement & Experience

  • Act as a

    single point of contact

    for all financial needs of HNI clients.
  • Ensure exceptional service quality and timely resolution of all queries.
  • Conduct periodic follow-ups to assess satisfaction, portfolio performance, and new opportunities.

Business Development & Reporting

  • Participate in and organize seminars, workshops, and client engagement events.
  • Maintain detailed client records, interaction logs, and relationship notes.
  • Prepare

    MIS reports, performance trackers, and business updates

    in specified formats.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA / PGDM

    or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 4 - 10 years of experience

    in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Private Wealth, or Capital Markets.
  • Strong understanding of

    financial products, equity/ debt markets, estate planning, and investment advisory

    for HNI/UHNI clientele.
