Relationship Manager for Business LAP through DSA Job Summary: The Relationship Manager for Business Loan Against Property (LAP) through Distribution Service Agents (DSA) plays a crucial role in fostering partnerships and driving business growth. This position involves engaging with clients and DSA partners to enhance loan offerings and deliver exceptional service, ultimately contributing to the organization's overall success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners to drive business opportunities and achieve sales targets. Assess client needs and provide tailored financial solutions related to Loan Against Property. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in the loan market. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement. Provide training and support to DSA partners on product features, benefits, and compliance standards. Monitor and evaluate the performance of DSA partners, offering feedback and strategies for improvement. Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in business lending, preferably in Loan Against Property. Strong understanding of DSA channel management and partner relationship dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze financial statements and assess client creditworthiness. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
