Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager under the Young Professionals program to manage retail banking customers, generate business through cross-selling of banking products, and ensure excellent customer service at the branch level.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with walk-in and existing customers at the branch.
Promote and sell banking products like savings accounts, current accounts, term deposits, credit cards, insurance, mutual funds, and other third-party products.
Conduct outbound calling and field visits to acquire new customers and deepen relationships.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable financial solutions.
Ensure compliance with KYC norms and all internal policies.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets within timelines.
Handle basic customer service requests and coordinate with backend teams for resolutions.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented and target-driven
Basic understanding of banking products and services
Strong customer handling skills
Willingness to work in field sales when required
