About Us:
UniSolver helps Indian students studying abroad (especially in Australia, Canada, and the UK) complete their university assignments through expert academic support. Many students struggle to submit assignments due to internships and part-time jobs. We bridge that gap and help them avoid failure or deportation.Role Overview: As a RelationshipManager, , you’ll be responsible for connecting with Indian students abroad and referring them to our team for assignment help. You’ll earn commission per task, receive full team support, and have opportunities to grow into leadership roles over time.Responsibilities:Reach out to Indian students abroad through Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.Understand their assignment needs and pass the information to our teamFollow up with leads and maintain long-term relationshipsParticipate in a weekly performance review with your reporting manager for support, guidance, and growth.Incentive Structure:Earn 15% commission on every assignment you bring20% commission for experienced or top performersExample: If the assignment value is ₹5,000, you earn ₹750–₹1,000What You Get:Flexible working hours (100% remote)Weekly reviews and mentorship — no sales pressureChance to be promoted to Relationship Manager / Team LeadPreferred:Female applicants are strongly encouraged to apply as we've seen better comfort and communication with both male and female student clients (However, all applications are welcome and will be evaluated equally.)Our Hiring Policy:No fixed targets — performance is tracked and supportedRegular weekly reviews help identify your strengths and overcome blockersIf you're inactive, we’ll guide and support you before considering removalNote: This is a commission-based job only
