Job Title: Relationship Manager Location: Bangalore Company: Kanopy Ventures Type: Full-Time | On-Site Experience: 25 years preferred (Real Estate background is a plus) About Kanopy Ventures Kanopy Ventures is a mandate-based real estate sales and marketing firm that partners with developers to drive sales outcomes through structured systems, brand strategy, and conversion-focused execution. We work across plotted developments, villas, apartments, and high-value land transactions. Role Overview We’re looking for a confident and motivated Relationship Manager who can own client engagement, build strong relationships, and drive sales conversions. The ideal candidate will work closely with walk-in clients, channel partners, and our internal sales team to ensure smooth lead nurturing and closure. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for leads and site visitors Build trust and long-term relationships with prospective buyers Conduct needs analysis and product presentation based on buyer profile Coordinate with pre-sales, site teams, and CPs to ensure seamless buyer experience Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings Prepare and share proposal documents, payment plans, and booking forms Track each prospect’s journey in CRM and update statuses diligently Work toward weekly and monthly closure targets Represent Kanopy Ventures’ values of transparency, clarity, and accountability at all times Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in B2C/B2B relationship management or real estate sales Excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi preferred) Strong organizational skills and follow-up discipline Knowledge of CRM tools and real estate sales cycles is a plus Ability to build rapport quickly and handle high-value conversations Performance Metrics Monthly closures and revenue targets Lead-to-site-visit-to-closure ratio Client satisfaction and retention Timely and accurate reporting Reporting To: Project Head / Business Development Head Why Join Kanopy Ventures?
