JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: Relationship Manager
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Salary: 30000 – 35000

Roles & Responsibilities:

Data Collection:

• Visited corporate and non-corporate schools, colleges, and tuition centers to schedule demos and gather data.
• Handled in-person outreach for marketing and promotional campaigns.

Delegation of Work & Follow-ups:

• Followed up with marketing executives on school visits and demo activities.
• Allocated daily call data to tele-callers and monitored execution.
• Supervised tele-callers’ day-to-day activities.

Admissions Monitoring:

• Tracked and converted collected data into campus walk-ins.
• Oversaw walk-in inquiries and their conversion to admissions.
• Conducted regular analysis of admission trends and walk-in data.

Business Relationship Maintenance:

• Built and maintained relationships with school principals, teachers, and tuition heads.
• Ensured daily visit activities by relationship executives.
• Identified new tuition centers and education hubs for partnership.

Promotional Activities:

• Identified key areas for brand promotion.
• Managed promotional materials (brochures, flyers, banners, standees).

ERP (CRM) Maintenance:

• Handled CRM module updates and ensured accurate entry of collected data.
• Supervised token entry and regular update of school/college marketing records.
• Ensured daily update of lead sources and marketing campaigns in CRM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
