Job Title: Relationship Manager
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection

• Conduct visits to corporate and non-corporate schools, colleges, and tuition centers to schedule demos and gather data.
• Perform in-person outreach for marketing and promotional campaigns.

2. Delegation & Follow-Up

• Follow up with marketing executives regarding school visits and demo activities.
• Assign daily call data to tele-callers and monitor execution.
• Supervise tele-callers’ day-to-day performance.

3. Admissions Monitoring

• Track and convert collected data into campus walk-ins.
• Oversee inquiries and ensure conversion into admissions.
• Analyze admission trends and walk-in data regularly.

4. Business Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, teachers, and tuition heads.
• Ensure daily visit activities by relationship executives.
• Identify new tuition centers and education hubs for partnerships.

5. Promotional Activities

• Identify key areas for brand promotion.
• Manage promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and standees.

6. ERP (CRM) Management

• Update and maintain CRM modules with accurate collected data.
• Supervise token entry and update school/college marketing records.
• Ensure timely updates of lead sources and marketing campaign details.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
